To delete a user on the My SEAT App, you just need to open the application on your mobile device, access the “Account” menu, then go to “Edit.” From there, click on “Vehicle Permission (Sec. User)”.
Once you delete a user from your My SEAT App, the account will be untied from the vehicle, but this doesn’t mean it’s going to be deleted completely. The SEAT ID will still be present so the user can still use it for another vehicle.
Different user profiles can be managed through the My SEAT App. The primary user is the person who first completed the activation after a factory reset was done. This person has unlimited access to all services.
The primary user can add secondary users. These people need to have a SEAT ID as well, and their permissions are controlled by the primary user, who can add and remove permissions through the SEAT app under the “Vehicle Permissions” menu.
There are also logged and guest users. Logged users are identified only on the infotainment system; on the SEAT app, they are referred to as guest users.
